wanne ask about Paypal PLUS integration.
Can I use the Paypal Pro plugin if I wanne use Paypal PLUS?

PayPal Plus is not avaiable for recurring Payments, therfore it can only be used for one time payments.
Subscription are concidert "Service" and you will not get "Pay Upon Invoice" (Rechnungskauf) !
At the end you will have only Login / Creditcards / ELV (Lastschrift).
My advice - use Braintree Payment Modul and you are sorted.
The recuring Payment function of Braintree (incl. PayPal) is also much more reliable as the native PayPal Solution.

We are based in Germany and selling digital products only.
At this time we are using Paypal Express checkout but we wanne change to Paypal Plus because here it is possible to pay without creating a Paypal accout.
The payment should be available via Paypal and creditcard.

I think the Paypal Pro plugin is only for US based Paypal accounts and not compatible with paypal Plus.

I'm here as a private user but I work for PayPal (MTS) and understand your point.
I would not recommend to use PayPal Plus in your " use-case" and the PayPal Pro Solution are only available in UK and US. Since you use Joomla & MembershipPro (I presume this) you would need to make a complete new Payment plugin.

I suggest the Braintree Payment Plugin. This will do what you need just nice.
You can connect your PayPal account with your Braintree Account and both options ( PP & CC ) will be available to your customer.

And a happy new year!
But what is braintree... I saw its a paypal company and I am a lil bit confused!
When I am using braintree I do not need Paypal anymore or do I have to connect my Paypal account to braintree?
BTW I will try braintree in sandbox and I will test their system.
