Administrating Memberships manually

I intend to sell "Company memberships" using Membership Pro to manage this.. The membership will be rather expensive, and I don't want people to be able to sign up themselves.
Instead, after the membership has been sold, I will register the company manually. The payment will be done via invoice separate from the website. The customer shall then, afterwards, be able to assign up to 5 employees to his membership.

How do you recommend that I handle this ?

You can try to use this option membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/group-membership

Basically, create a plan which allow adding maximum 5 group members

Then you can go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, create new subscription record for the company manually

The company admin (group admin in term of group membership) can then login, add maximum 5 group members to his group

That should work well for your need
