Issues migrating from Akeeba Subscriptions was created by Eric vanBok
I have inherited an older website running Joomla 2.5, and am starting the work to move it to Joomla 3. Since Akeeba Subscriptions is no longer supported officially I want to move it to Membership Pro. I would like to do that before making the jump to Joomla 3 to limit the downtime of the website.

The newest version of Membership Pro I can find for Joomla 2.5 is 2.3.0.

I have downloaded the migration component for Akeeba Subscriptions, installed it and then run it. I immediately get a 500 Error when I do. I find that if I press the back button to return to the migrator component I see this message:
Code:
2 categories migrated. Now, the system will migrating plans 15 plans migrated. Now, the system will migrating coupons

I look in Membership Pro and it did indeed migrate the categories and plans. It did not migrate over the coupons or the subscriptions though.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the cause of the issue and how to resolve it?

Hello Eric

The migration was only tested for Joomla 3.x, I didn't develop and test it for Joomla 2.5

Could you please make a clone of the site, then update it to joomal 3.x and run the migration again. If the error still happens, you can submit a support ticket so that we can help checking it further
