Hi! Is there a way to disable completely the reminder emails for all plans (or individually) for registered user? I set everything to 0 in the plan but I'm not sure if this means No reminded at all or Send a reminder the last day of the membership.

If you set to 0, no reminder emails will be sent. If you don't want to have reminder emails, you can also go to Extensions -> Manager, find and disable this plugin Membership Pro Reminder
