T&C blank page instead of popup

Hi

Ive got the problem with t&c modal. It opens as a blank page not in the popup. My console log:

mywebsite.com/terms-and-conditions?tmpl=component&format=html


How to solve this issue?

Seems there are javascript conflict causing the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page?

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I'm afraid my client won't give access to the website. What should I looking for to find the solution?

Edit: I solved this issue by adding bootstrap modal instead os squeezebox.
