Possible to hide anonymous content?

Is it possible to Show some anonymous content to anonymous users - but hide it from other users?

(I'm particularly keen to ensure that once people are registered and logged in, they aren't given the opportunity to register again - because the register buttons for the plan that they are on are hidden from their view.)
