Notification email for Expired subscription

Hello Tuan,
You would need the component to have a functionality that allows you to configure one or more email accounts within the subscription plan settings to notify me when a subscription has expired.

For example: If I set up a recurring subscription through Paypal, but the subscriber cancels the subscription from his Paypal account, I have no way to find out that he has not renewed.

I would need MemberShip Pro to notify me when it expires because I need to manually unpublish other services in the Mosets Tree component

I have seen in the manuals that the only warnings that come is when you register a subscription or reminders, but I can not find anything where I can be notified when a recurring subscription in Paypal expires, when a subscriber cancels it from your Paypal account

Is it possible to take into account this feature for future updates?

This is something that I too will see the need for as well as I will need to turn off some features for the membership myself manually if they cancel, but right now we have no way of knowing...

Can this please be added?

Yes. I can see that it is something useful. So we will consider adding support for it in future releases of the extension
