Add subscriber to additional plan

Hi

I am setting up Membership Pro for the first time for a club membership system. I have set up 2 categories with several plans in each category. Club members are subscribed to one plan in each category. We want new members subscriptions to be set up by the club's membership officer and this works OK from the back-end admin for the first subscription but I can't figure out how to add a subscription to the second plan.

So my questions are:

1. How to add a new subscriber to 2 plans in different categories from the back-end admin?
2. Will it be possible to do this using the proposed front-end management?

Hi Trevor

#1=> You will need to create two subscription records, each record for one plan. So go to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, press New button in the toolbar to create new subscription record, each record for a plan and it will be OK

#2=> Should be possible using frontend management. We are still working on the option/feature and will make it available in the next release

Thanks for the prompt reply. The mistake I was making was typing in the user name rather than selecting the existing the existing user from the drop-down!!
