Paypal - Credit Card tab instead of Login tab?

When I use this plugin and it redirects users to the Paypal site it asks the users to login to Paypal. Is there a way to show the credit card tab instead of the login tab? Is that a configurable option for this plugin or is that something that can be configured in Paypal?

If it still doesn't work, I guess you will have to contact PayPal and ask them to check it for you
