One of clients as a recurring monthly membership plan set up like this:
One is a recurring subscription plan with following settings:
- Price : $10 - Subscription Length: 1 month - Number Payments; 12 - Enable Renew, Recurring On
Now, these setting create a scenario that the plan lasts for one month and then expires then renews for 12 periods. One problem we could not solve is that a reminder email goes out each month say the plan will expire. It is driving the members crazy because they think their membership is expiring.
The way they hoped it would work is that last month or when the last payment is due, then they get a message of expiration.
Can you please advise.

Sorry but if you config the plan to send reminder email, it will be sent out each month. If you don't want it to be sent, you will need to disable reminders for that plan
