Hi,

I'm trying to delete a load of "Subscriptions" as they have all added up during my testing of creating subscription plans to check they work and I'm now running out of available one's to choose as pretend / test users.

However, when I delete either a singular or multiple "Subscriptions", I get the following message appear on a white background and nothing else;

Error sending email: You must provide at least one recipient email address.

I don't get why it's asking for a recipient email address at this point, as it's only deleting a subscription plan record in the backend. Also, the profile's that I'm deleting them from, have an email address attached to said profiles.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

When you delete a subscription record, Membership Pro trigger event onMembershipExpire

Maybe there is one plugin process this event to send email to someone (I don't remember Membership Pro has a plugin which process email when subscription is deleted like this). Do you have any extra plugins for Membership Pro (beside memebrship pro plugins) ?

Tuan

Hi Tuan,

Thanks for coming back and in the info - After reading what you said above, I went through all plugins disabling one by one and as it happens, it is my supplier notifications 3rd party developed plugin that's causing that message and the subscription not to be deleted grrrrr haha! Thanks for putting me on to the right path and I am contacting them now for their input.

I will await their feedback but whilst I'm happy to have been able to narrow it down, I notice there are some subscriptions with no user attached to them etc,

Can you advise where in the database I should find the 'subscriptions' records, so I can locate these ID's that are effectively no longer a user it seems and delete them?

Thanks in advance.
