Auto fill fields broken

Auto fill fields broken was created by Federico
when i created a new subscription for an user that already had one in the past, the fields were populated automtically.
now it is all empty ... and if i type something wrong and save I lost previous users' info.

Hi
Please select a plan for the subscription record before selecting user. If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket so that I can ask my developer to check it for you

Hello,
I am having the same trouble when creating a new subscription. When a Plan is selected before the User is selected, I still have the same problem. It was working a week or two ago, but now it no longer works. All fields have to be filled manually even when a User is selected. Please let me know how to fix this.

Tuan, just letting you know I have also noticed this behaviour recently.
Exactly as the original poster describes and Andrew describes.
I am on the latest version 2.8.3.
I have had to use two PCs to allow me to manually transpose lost field data when creating a new subscription on an existing subscriber.

Hmm
I will check the behavior again and update this topic with the result. If this is a valid bug, I will fix it and update the download package on server so that you can download and update to save time creating new subscriptions from backend
