Hi,

I filled in all the required fields for a free subscription as a test on my own website, but it keeps giving the error message fill in a username. (username contains more than 2 characters) But this field is filled in. What's going wrong?

We will have to check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page so that I can have my developer assist you
