Set Expiration Date Based on Custom Field was created by Dryfive
Hello,
With Membership Pro is it possible to set the expiration year of a plan, based on the selection of a custom field. For example, we have a plan that always expires on the same day - December 31st. I have a custom field called 'Graduation Year', which is a custom drop-down select box with years that range from 2016 - 2025. If a user selects '2017' as the year they will graduate in when subscribing to a plan, is it possible to have the plan they subscribe to expire the following year on December 31st .. in this case 2018. Or if a student selects 2018 in the custom drop-down, their plan would expire December 31st, 2019.
Thanks.

Hello
Unfortunately, it is not possible. This is something which we even don't plan to support for in the future

Just want to mention that we might have solution for this problem in the next release. Basically, I am working so that for each subscription plan, you can define additional subscription length (for example 1 month, 2 months, 2 years...) and the end date will be calculated base on that length.
I am hoping to have this new version complete in about 4 weeks (there are other improvements, too)
