Nothing appearing on Frontend was created by Marcello Di Fruscia
Installation was successful and backend is all there. I'm just not able to make any of the modules appear on the frontend of the website. Can anyone help me?

Using latest version of joomla! with Apline 3.3 template.

Thanks

Hi Marcello

Did you create any subscription plans? If you created plans before, simply create a menu item to display subscription plans to have plans display in the frontend of your site

See membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/frontend-items/menu-options , choose Plans List Default Layout menu option

If you don't know how to do that, you can send us super admin account of your site and we will do it for you

Regards,

Tuan

Hi Tuan,

Thank you very much for replying so quickly. My apologies for not being able to offer you the same courtesy.

I have indeed created a test subscription plan and have no been able to get it to appear. I didn't try creating a menu item yet so i will take a look at your link and see if i can figure it out that way. If i'm unable, I will probably take you up on your offer to do it for me with my super user info. If we proceed that way, would it be best for you if all my subscription plans are created and finalized?

My current joomla! template already has subscription plans set up on the main page so all i need is to link the subscription plans on the back end. I need to link my current subscription plans on my main page to the membership pro membership plans. Currently if someone clicks on either of the plans, nothing will happen because nothing is set up for it. When someone clicks on a membership, i would like it to redirect them to the membership pro login/registration page (if they aren't already logged in). Then they select the membership they want through the actual membership pro module. I'm not sure what the best way to achieve this would be.

I would also like to get Membership Pro's login/registration page to show up on my website because currently it's the default login page from my template that keeps appearing and i don't know how to get the Membership Pro's login to replace it.

thank you for all your help Tuan
kindest regards,

Marcello

Hey Tuan,

Good news and bad news. I got the module to appear. I created a menu item like you said but the important thing was to create a new position on my home page. Once i created a new position i assigned the module to that position and it appeared.

PROBBLEM: anytime i publish the membership plans, it corrupts my menu on the page. it does this on mobile too. My web page becomes impossible to navigate through because the menu takes up the whole page. I don't know why it's doing this. I even tried removing the module from the home page and only using the link in the menu, same thing happens. My home page becomes normal and perfect but as soon as i click on the "Membership plans" link in the menu, i get redirected to the plans and the page becomes messed-up.

Can you figure this out with me?

Thank you for your help

Hi Marcello

Maybe there are some css conflict on your site causing the issue. Please go to joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html , submit a support ticket;

1. Sending us super admin account of your site

2. Sending us the link to the page which we can see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Tuan
