Import Subscribers from CSV failing on 3.6.4 was created by Alan Fake
The import subscribers is failing with Joomla 3.6.4. I turned Debug Mode on in the Config and got this error:
Fatal error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in /public_html/libraries/osphpexcel/PHPExcel/Reader/Excel2007.php on line 94

Hi Alan

Please contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable this library for you php.net/manual/en/zip.installation.php

After that, everything will work as expected

In this case, please help contacting your hosting provider and ask them to see why the class ZipArchive is not available.
