Some custom fields are not included in export file

Hi,
Since the last update to Membership Pro version 2.6.4 some custom fields are not included in export file any more. The strange thing is that some are still included and some not. Any idea what causes this problem?

I don't really have any clue about it. All fields should be exported. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and tell us what fields are not being exported so that we can check it?

Yes. We sorted it via support ticket. I also updated download package on server with this fix recently. You can download latest version from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site to get the issue sorted

ETA: But not keen on updating software but not incrementing the version number!

Tiny issue. It won't happen if you select a plan before exporting. I didn't want to update the package as I am working on some other improvements, but you requested for it and that's the reason I updated it

I could not release new version just for a minor bug fix like this

I noticed what might be a small bug: I had been importing using a csv file but I noticed at least one address field wasn't imported on one subscription - there may have been others but I didn't check them all. I couldn't see anything wrong with the data in the original spreadsheet or when exported as a csv file. I even tried importing just one record but it still dropped the address field.

This happened several times, but importing as an xlsx file worked properly.
