Subscription Renewal

Hi All,

i'm sure this is a simple query but i cannot find an answer.

is there a way that the subscription reminder (preferably the final reminder) gets emailed to both the user and the site admin?

i would like to be able to follow up with people that have not renewed.

Hi Gavin

Go to Extensions -> Plugins, find the plugin Membership Pro Reminder, click on it to edit

There is a parameter called BCC Email, enter the admin email here. When renewal email is sent, a copy will be sent to that email so that you can keep track of it if needed
