Cannot export CVS and Subscription?

Hello, Please help me>
Today, I try export CVS subsription but your product display ERROR this:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at .../administrator/index.php?option=com_osmembership&view=subscriptions might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

And this:

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at .../administrator/index.php?option=com_osmembership&task=subscription.csv_import_template might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Note:
- Version: 2.6.4
- Joomla: 3.6.2

I too cannot export subscribers from the Dashboard. I can Download CSV from the Subscribers pane.

It might happen because you have too many subscription records in the system. Please try to go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Export Data Format, set it to CSV

Then try to export again and update me with the result

I changed From XLSX to CSV in Membership Pro -> Configuration then It is OK.

I want import data member to system but I donnot see Password field in Template CVS. I can set up Password of each Member in Column in CVS?

Hi

Yes. You can add password column to the file. However, please note that password column will only be used for new subscribers

For users have account on your site before already, the data of password column will be ignored (ie no update to the password)
