renewals of memberships

I have a couple of questions relating to renewal notifications within Membership Pro. Can you tell me if renewal messages are triggered without the need for the site owner logging in? I have setup trial membership plans and 'purchased' the membership. I set it to send a renewal message to be sent 7 days before the end of the plan term. I noticed that I did not receive a renewal until I logged into the back end of the site.

Does this mean that if the site administration is not accessed then the renewal messages are not sent?

Also, with a renewal will the person renewing be taken to the payment page or will they need to complete the plan application from start?

Hi

It doesn't require site administrator login but it does requires having someone access to your site. I think it doesn't work because you are still in test stage and no-one access to your site yet

When your site goes live, there should be someone accessing to it (everyday or event search engine), so the issue won't happen

With the renewal, subscribers can login, access to his profile, choose the renew option and then process the renewal
