Adding images to invoice

I'm adding a logo to the invoice template, but it doesn't show in the invoice pdf. Is there anything special I should be doing?

What's the file type of the logo? Could you please try png logo? If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket so that I can ask my developer to look at it for you

Has this been fixed? I do have the same problem. Shows fine in the editor, but does not show in the pdf.
It is a png. Using 2.6.1 atm.

Hi Tobias, unfortunately this issue was never resolved.

As I said, please help submitting a support ticket. We will check to see why the image is not being displayed and correct it for you

From our test (and we also worked on many other customer websites), it works well. So we will need to check it directly on your site to see why it doesn't work and get it sorted

Thank you very much Tuan, but we decided to use our internal invoice system, so the customer only gets a notification/confirmation and an email with the invoice later on. We do not need this feature now, but I will come back if we need in the future.
