Error after upgrade was created by Dan Gysel
We just upgraded from 2.3 to 2.6.4 and users are now getting this error when trying to purchase or upgrade the membership:

Hi Daniel
That mean upgrade was not success for some reasons. Did you upgrade the whole package (including component. modules and plugins) or just upgrading the component only?
Please update the whole package. If you want, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and we will upgrade it for you

Thanks Tuan, This issue is resolved now.
I was getting a block from the server side of updating the whole package (had a 2MB upload limit) so I did only update the component, which causes the error. The entire package has to be updated or it breaks.
Hope this bit of info helps someone else.

Yes, that's correct. Please ask them to increase the limit to 4MB and it will be installed properly
