I've now set up the Mailchimp integration for Membership Pro, which we are using for sponsorship packages for our rescued horses. However, I would like the option to send different emails to people who select different plans – for example, someone who sponsors the horse Freeda will get emails about Freeda, while someone who sponsors Oscar will get updates about Oscar's life.
To do this, I have set up groups within my Mailchimp mailing list. But when I use the Membership Pro Mailchimp integration, it looks like there's only the option to select a mailing list, and not the group within that mailing list. But when I've used other programs, like the Typeform to Mailchimp integration via Zap, it has been possible to narrow the sign up down to a group within the mailing list.
I don't want to create separate lists on Mailchimp, as this means it will be impossible to send out an email to the entire group at once – instead we'd have to create separate campaigns for every general email we want to send out.
Can you tell me how I can set up Membership Pro so it sends my Mailchimp sign ups to the relevant group within my mailing list?
