Redirect after expired free subscription

Hi Tuan,

I have a free 3 day trial subscription plan. After the plan has expired a user should be redirected to the user profile to be able to upgrade. I can't find out why the redirect doesn't work. Actually the user get's logged in but stays on the homepage.

My settings are as follows:

1) Withe the system membership pro plugin "Block account when subscription expired" is set to "No".
2) After the trial subscription expired a user is assigned to the joomla group "Registered".
3) The Redirect url of the joomla login menu item points to the user profile menu item
4) The user profile menu item has the access level "Registered".

Is there something wrong with this setting?

Nothing wrong with that setup. However, with that setup, users will always be redirected to profile page after logging it (not depend on subscription status)

I don't know why it doesn't work. On your case, on what page users are using to login? Via Joomla login module? Or a menu item? Could you send me the link to the page so that I can look at it?

What would be the setup for a subscription status depending login behavior?

And there's also the problem that users can't logg out. But I don't know whether this depends on my membership pro setup.

You can use this expired subscription login data:

user: TesterZwei
PW: Tester02

or this as an active test subscription:

user: TesterDrei
PW: Tester03

2=> For login redirect on this page www.mathelike2016.mathelike.de/Anmelden.html , it is handled by Joomla core. When you create a menu item to link to that page, there should be a setting to allow you to control where you want users to be redirected to after logged in. Did you setup that parameter in the menu item?

3=> On this page www.mathelike2016.mathelike.de/lizenzen/lizenzen.html , seems I don't see where to login

1) Okay, this handles only blocked or not block after subscription expired. Thats clear.

2) Yes the login forwarding of the login menu item is set to the menu item "membership pro user profile." This works with all valid subscriptions but not when a registered user with an expired subscriptions get's logged in.

3) Sorry, this was a misunderstanding. This is the subscription page where a user is redirected when trying to access restricted k2 items without having a valid subscription or without being logged in.

There's only this page for login:
