problem with paypal

I pro membership and with integrated paypal plugin I have a problem with paypal as a seller I do not get the buyer confirmation of the mail and I have in my account paypal payment "unrecovered" so I can not confirm payment and cash my customer I think all this is related can you help me please.

Normally, when someone subscribe for your plan and make payment, the status of the transaction is Completed and everything will work as expected

In your case, the payment status is unrecovered, so there must be a problem with your PayPal account. In this case, please contact PayPal, ask them to see why the status of the payment is unrecovered instead of Completed

They should be able to check your PayPal account and guide you to solve it

This is something out of control of Membership Pro, so please contact PayPal and ask them to check it for you

I have another question about paypal:
When a valid client has finished choose his subscription it by clicking on "submit" (in red on the attached screenshot).
My question can I change the link that currently leads to paypal or I can put a link to a paypal button that I created in my paypal account ???

No, you cannot change it. When users click submit, they will be redirected to PayPal page for processing payment

You could not change the URL or using PayPal button
