Impossible sandbox test with Paypal Pro Plugin

Hello Tuan,

I'm trying to test with paypal sandobox plugin but it always appears error processing the payment.

1. I have configured in both sandbox test accounts (buyer and seller bussines bussines pro pro)
2. I configured data bussines pro seller in the plugin parameters paypal pro
3. When entering data card transaction tells me that the operation failed

How I can know the type of error for the data whether they are or malfunction?

I am not sure. Maybe there is something wrong with your PayPal Pro account and only PayPal people know exactly the reason

During the testing, what's the error you get?

Please note that PayPal Pro is not available in all countries. It is only available on some countries like US, UK, Canda, Australia ad Newzealand.. So if you are not from one of the above countries, you won't be allowed to use PayPal Pro

It gives no error. Process operation simply display a message saying "Operation failed" and the button "Retry again" appears
I'm in Spain. Then the Paypal Pro plugin I can not use it?

Yes. If you are from Spain, PayPal Pro is not supported

Please submit a support ticket requesting for refund PayPal Pro payment plugin purchase so that I can process refund
