Assign to Joomla Group based on dropdown selection was created by Chris
I'm having trouble getting this to work. I have a custom list field with several options that I want to map to different Joomla Groups.
I've added the Joomla Group ID's as per screen shot, but when you register you aren't assigned to any of them them (you are just registered).

Hi Chris

What's the status of the subscription record? I think it is still Pending and that's the reason why it doesn't work. Please try to edit the subscription record, change status to Paid, then Save it

After that, check it again, it should work as expected

The status is set to active 'Active' (there is no Paid)

That's strange to me. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to subscription form

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted

Thanks for getting it sorted. It was the Membership Pro - Joomla Groups plugin that needed to be activated.
