Cancel subscription is not available for all payment gateways. it is only available if:

1. You subscribed for a recurring subscription plan
2. You use one of the payment gateways which support cancelling subscription:

- PayPal Pro
- Authorize.net
- Stripe

I guess in your case, one of the two conditions above don't match and that's why you could not see it

Unfortunately, PayPal Pro is not available in your country (Spain), so I don't think you can use it

I am not sure if Stripe is available/enabled in your country? If Yes, you should consider using Stripe. It is a good payment gateway and supported by Membership Pro
