Setting up renewal options

I am setting up a new plan and it needs to do the following:
Expire on a set calendar date (31st December)
People can join this plan from the 1st of November and it will sign them up until 31st Dec the following year
People can manually renew from the 1st of November and it will renew until the 31st Dec the following year.
We won't be using the recurring subscriptions.

What setting should we have for:
Renewal Options (60 days?)
Subscription Length (would this be 14 months?)
Expired Date (I guess that would be 31st Dec and as of the 1st of November we put in the following year's date?)

Renew options won't work in this case. You will need to setup a plan with the following information:

1. Expired Date: 31-12-2016 For example

2. Subscription Length 1 year

Then submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to customize the code abit so that if subscriber sign up from 1st of November, their expired date will be added one more year as you want
