Automatically recurring Subscriptions? was created by Robin Mitchell
I'd like to set up my subscriptions:
$100 for one year -or- $10 per month for one year....with the monthly amount automatically recurring & charged to the
subscriber's credit card each month.
Can this be done?

Hi Robin
You will need to setup two subscription plans in this case:
1. One is an one time subscription plan. Subscription Length is 1 year and price is 100$
2. One is a recurring subscription plan with following settings:
- Price : 10$
- Subscription Length: 1 month
- Number Payments; 12
Then when someone just want to make one time payment, they will sign up for the first plan. If he wants want to make monthly payment (small payment amount each month), he will sign up for the second subscription plan

Thanks, Tuan.
One clarification.
They will sign an agreement to pay the full amount in both cases. The monthly plan is merely a convenience,
that will cost them a little more in the long run.
After agreeing and submitting their credit card for the first monthly payment, each subsequent monthly payment
can simply be debited each month with no further interaction on their part....right? I plan to submit an e-mail
notifying them of the automatic debit each month so they are expecting it.

=> Instead of email them manually, you can setup reminder emails so that the system will send reminder email to them automatically. One limitation is that right now, the system doesn't allow setup reminder email message per plan but I am willing to add support for it very soon (in less than 2 weeks). So I think that should be the solution for your problem
