Signup while logged in

I have a sales group that log into my joomla site with their own user. Is there a way for them to sigup new clients through Membership Pro, while they are logged in to Joomla? My testing shows the logged in users account is renewed, if they have a membership in MP, or subscribed, if they do not. The new user for the new client is not created. Basically, I need to create a subscription from other than the public group.

It is not possible to sign up for a client while logged in. If someone wants to sign up for a new client, they must logged out and enter information of the information he wants to sign up for

Good question actually. Tuan, in the case of what you have mentioned above, can you clarify for me if this also means that a super admin (owner of the site) cannot setup a new membership / subscription account, for e.g. over the telephone from a client, as the super admin would be logged in - which you mention above.

Or is that only relevant to Chris' scenario, as the sales team he speaks of is unlikely to be a super admin of the site kind of thing?

Super admin can setup it, but from backend of your site. Login to backend of your site, access to Membership Pro -> Subscriptions, create a new subscription record for that user
