I already have some CB Fields that relate to subscription and a number of existing users. I have associated the equivalent Membership Pro fields with the CB field and created plan for subscription.
Let say I have a cb field called cb_insurance with option Loisir 1, Loisir 2 and Loisir 3 and I have created MemberShip Pro osm_insurance with same options.
When a member makes a subscription to a plan, he of course do not have to create a joomla account, the Membership Pro fields are populated from Joomla and from the associated CB fiels. That OK
If the member changes one option, say from Loisir 1 to Loisir 2, the result is not reported in the CB field after subscription. In other word the field is still Loisir 1 in his CB profile and Loisir 2 in Membership Pro.
Note that Membership Pro - CB plugin is published with Block User when Membership Expired set to no. I suspect this plugin is not to synchronise field as it says "This plugin is used to create a CB account for user when they subscribe to a Subscription Plan in Membership Pro" My CB users are already existing.
Is there a way to do that ?

The system only update the data in CB when subscription record become active. Maybe you didn't make payment for the subscription, it's Pending and that's the reason it is not updated to CB ?
Thanks for your response. We are working with off-line payment and ounce admini has confirme payment, the CB fields are updated.
