Hello OSTeam and Community:
I have been having some problems with setting up MP to do a monthly recurring subscription. Attached are four screenshots that show how I have set this up. When a member hits the renew membership button, a message comes up saying: "There are no renew options available for your membership."
The example membership shows that the member's expiration date is coming in just 2 days. So, should there not be a renewal button?
Also, I assume that if this is a recurring subscription, the member will not need to re-enter their credit card information each month.
History of the project
We moved the members from another system. I am not sure if that would have an effect. The csv file worked fine on import. Not sure if the created dates and end dates are affecting this. I changed the end date from year 2016 - 2017 and nothing happened.
When we turn off Recurring, we get a renew button. But, we want their to be a recurring monthly option.
I am sure we have not configured this correctly but need to get this resolved ASAP. Any assistance would be appreciated.
