group membership questions was created by Christian Rieger
HI Tuan,
1. Should signing up a new member by group admin send a email message to new members address? Actually I have got none when I tested signing up new members.
2. Is the group admin itself necesserilly a member of the group. If a group admin subscribes for group membership of 10 possible members how many members can be added, 9 or 10?
3. It seems to be that the group members are listet with the name of the subscription plan, isn't it? I haven't found another setup to change this i.e into name of the member. It's a little impractical if a group admin has to delete or replace a member without the system showing up the name of the member in the member list. And what's the search box for above the list?
Many thanks for your help in advance!

Hi Christian
#1=> At the moment, the system doesn't send email to group member when he is added. I agree that we should send email to group members, so I am going to add this feature in the next release
#2=> Group admin is not counted, so he will be able to add up to 10 members to his group
#3=> You can select what fields you want to show on that page. Please go to Membership pro => Custom Fields, click on the fields you want to show to edit, set Show On MemberList property to Yes and it will be showed
Regards,
Tuan

YES! Emails for Group Member emails with user name and passwords, PLEASE! The sooner the better. This is a big struggle for our clients. Thanks for putting this on the list.
