Expiration notices to administrator

Hi OSTeam and Community:

We use Membership Pro. I did not see if there was a feature to send the administrator a notification that a members subscription has expired or will be soon. Looking through the forum and the Email & Messages area of MP, did not see where this might be.
My guess is we missed this.

Hi

This feature is actually possible. Go to Extensions -> Plugins, click on the plugin Membership Pro Reminder to edit

There is a parameter called BCC Email, you can enter your email into that parameter

Then when Membership Pro send reminder emails to subscribers, a copy of that email will be sent to the email you entered and you will know about it

Is there a way to send subscription notification expiration reminders to only site managers/administrators and NOT the users/subscribers? We want membership pro to keep track of subscriptions and notify our staff when a membership has expired, then our staff will contact/remind our members independently from membership pro. Is that possible?

No, it is not possible (without modifying the code). The purpose of the reminder is notify subscribers about their subscription becoming expired, that's the main purpose of the feature

We can help editing the code to disable it for you. However, doing that also means that you cannot update to future releases of the extension

So please think about it carefully before making decision. If you want to modify, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and we will edit code for you (it is unfortunately, will take maybe one or two hours of working )
