Existing members now need to pay - Help

My client had me set up their website last year with the understanding that they were to use a manual subscription, where the members would PayPal their dues without a website based payment system. Now they've asked me to integrate Membership Pro, which I've done and it works well.

I wonder if you can advise me as to how to copy over existing members to the Membership Pro so they must now pay through the component? I'm assuming importing an edited CVS is the best way?
