Hi, attempted installation a couple of times today.

Regrettably, it appears as if images are not appearing correctly. Followed instructions on documentations for installation and all appears to be successful. When I try to follow the image URL I get a 404 error.

I can supply further information if required.

I have attached 3 files which don't appear to be showing correctly.

Hi

I guess the css files of the extension could not be loaded for some reasons and it causes the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site (and FTP account if it is possible) and the link to the page

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
