Hi,
The only active payment option on my website is PayPal. However, eve since the August 15 update, when I am on the payment front-end page of my website, it asks the user to enter their banking account information for the payment (ABA routing number, bank name, etc). Is there a way to disable the option so that these option do not show on the front-end of my website.

Hi Greg

That's strange to me. Maybe there is something conflict causing the issue (or you have template override base on code of old version of the extension)

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page. We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted for you
