Upgrade from Annual Plan to Monthly Plan

Is it possible to upgrade from a recurring plan that is billed annually (say $50/year) to a recurring plan that is billed monthly (say $50/month)?

I was about to configure an upgrade like this, but I was not sure how to structure the upgrade price.
