read more article protection not working

Hi,
I have the latest v 2.6.1 but cannot get the article restriction plugin to work.
I have the plugin Membership Pro Articles Restriction activated and have setup restriction within the membership plan.
But when viewing the article, the fulltext is ALWAYS shown, no matter if I am logged in or not.
What is interesting is that I can see your plugins text underneath the full article text. So in my article I have:

<p>introtext stuff</p>
<hr id="system-readmore" />
<p>fulltextstuff here</p>

and when viewing the article i see:

introtext stuff

fulltextstuff here

When I log in as subscriber, the plugin text at the bottom disappears.
But the full text of the article is ALWAYS visible.

I have read your docs but cannot get this to work.
We are using Flexicontent CCS on this website. Maybe it's related to this?

I guess that's the reason of the error. I haven't worked with Flexicontent yet, so I don't really know why it doesn't work. Could you please help testing the plugin with Joomla core article first?

ok, the core article protection works as expected. The issue must be with Flexicontent - if you haven't used it, imho it's the best CCK for Joomla.

Do you think you can make your component compatible? Flexicontent is free and can be downloaded here: www.flexicontent.org/downloads/latest-version.html

When you setup a menu item, use the "FLEXIContent » Content item » Content item" menu type and you will see the issue.
When I choose the default "Joomla core article" menu item type, your plugin works. But the problem is, that we must use FC to display articles for this website.

For now, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. I will have my dev to check it to see why it doesn't work with FLEXIContent and get it sorted for you
