Third reminder issue

Hi Tuan,

I think the third reminder is a great addition, specially the option to set a negative value to send emails to customers with expired subscriptions. But there is a little big issue: it doesn't check if customer have an active subscription, so I have received many emails from my customers with expired subscriptions (but also renewed) asking me what was happening...

That's strange. The system does check for renewal before sending reminder emails

What version of Membership Pro you are using? Are you using latest version 2.6.1?

No, I'm using 2.6.0. Main panel of Membership Pro shows it's up to date...

The version 2.6.1 contains a bug fixes (causes by my mistake), so please update to that version and continue monitoring it

If the issue happens again, please submit a support ticket so that I can check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
