change one subscriber changes all

Running version 2.6.1 I changed a subscriber resulting in all subscribers got the same changes. I entered missing name/address etc for a subscriber and now all subscribers have got the same name, address etc. HELP!!

I ran a migration from Akeeba subscription a couple of days ago. Now running Joomla 3.6.2.

I restored a database backup and is now up and running again, but I think there must be a bug somewhere. I have several sets of subscription plans and I use two sets of fields when registering subscription. One of the plans seams to have lost several field information during the migration fram Akeeba. E.g. address, last name etc are lost. If I put the missing info back again on a subscriber this info is put on all. HELP!

That't strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and let me know ID of a sample subscription record which we can change to see the issue?

Maybe the data from Akeeba is not migrated properly and that's the reason causing the error

We need to check to see why it happens and get it sorted

Just want to update that we worked together via support ticket and found that the issue causes by a bug in the migration script which migrate data from Akeeba Subscriptions to Membership Pro. I wrote a script to fix the wrong data and the issue is gone now
