Feature request: Add icons/images to payment

The list of payment options when signing for a subscription plan can only contain text (as I know). I'd like to add icons/images here to use e.g. Paypal logo, Visa logo etc. Possible?

Yes. It is possible. I will implement it in the next release of the extension

This would be awesome and would enable us to make the plan sign-up page(s) have a little more personality or helpful hints via icons etc.
