Sections for the sign up form

Dear Tuan,
I looked at the documentation for the custom fields but didn't find an answer.
It it possible (and if yes, how) to put sections into the sing up form and give the sections headers?
I'd like to design the form like here, but don't know how:

Hi Sigrid

I think you can simply creating custom for each section. For the heading of the section, you can create a custom field, type Heading and it should work OK. You might have to change some css code to make it looks in the way you want but it is doable
