Members not being added to Joomla groups

A member payes and is marked as active in the component: screencast.com/t/snx2An7ZYt
but isn't marked as an active user in the user manager: screencast.com/t/pSgPtIiyBM

Yes,
But I did a change in the paypal.php,
In the paypal.php file I deleted the 2 "notify" lines, so that Paypal doesn't get thos urls as the ipn. The paypal sends the ipn to an invoice service I use, and from there I send the 2 ipn urls.
It seems to work - it ads the users to the plan in membership pro, but it doesn't add them to the joomla user group.

If subscription status is active, users should be assigned to the Joomla groups you selected for the plan. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
