Custom Fields, Multiplying by number of items was created by Thandie
Hi!
I looked out through the forum, but still can't figure out my problem:
I'm selling translation services, by unitary price of 0.055, which is the price that I've put while creating the plan. The TOTAL price for the client will be the unitary price (0.055) * number of pages (os_quantity, custom field I created)
So, I created a new custom field called "total by number of pages", at which I wrote in the Field Formula
[OSM_QUANTITY]*0.055
No matter how I try to change it, it doesnt show me the desired result in the frontend, neither affects the total.
Can you please help me with this?
Many thanks!

Hi
Try to set fee formula to [FIELD_VALUE]*0.055 and check it again. Also, you will need to make sure you set Fee Field property of the field to Yes
If it still doesn't work, you can submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site for you
Regards,
Tuan

OK Thandie. That's strange to me, I think there might be some javascript conflict causing the issue. We will check it as soon as we receive your ticket
