HI ! We installed the component last year and we are now about to offer renewal to our members. I'm testing the workflow but I can't see any renewal option / plan available. I always received a message saying There are no renew option available for your membership.
Here is my setup :
Joomla 3.6
OSMembership Pro 2.5.3
All members have a Joomla account so they can log in.
All subscriptions will end by the end of December 2016.
I authorize (for testing purpose) the renewal 300 days before expiration.
Recurrent subscription is activated in the plan.
The plan has an ending date in 2017 but has a subscription length of 1 year. I'm not sure here if the plan ending date is related to subscription or not.
Did I forget anything ?

Hi Helene
If your subscription plan is a recurring subscription plan, then manual renewal is not needed. The recurring subscription is registered with the payment gateway at the time subscribers sign up for your plan, and when the time of the renewal come, the payment gateway will process the payment, inform Membership Pro so that Membership Pro can extend status of the subscription record...
All is done automatically without the need of any actions from subscribers, that's why no renew options is displayed (renewal doesn't need to be processed by subscribers manually for recurring subscription plans)
What payment gateway you are using? Hope my explanation is clear to you
