Assign a Usergroup based on a select field

Hello,
I have 6 membership plans and on each plan I want to assign a joomla group depending of the choice in a select field
A field will ask for the duration:
Ie. Plan 1
Choose the length of your subscription : 1 month, 6 months, 1 year
Plan 2
Choose the length of your subscription : 1 month, 6 months, 1 year
Plan 3
Choose the length of your subscription : 1 month, 6 months, 1 year
...
If the customer choose plan 1 length 1 month, he will be affected to the Joomla group PLAN1-1months
or, if he choose Plan 1 length 6 months, he will be affected to the Joomla group PLAN1-6months
or, if he choose Plan 3 length 1 year, he will be affected to the Joomla group PLAN3-1year
...
Is there a way to do that?

Yes. It is supported. When you add/edit a custom field like that, look at Joomla Group IDs setting of the custom field. For each option, you can enter ID of a Joomla group which subscribers will be assigned to when they select that option for that subscription

For example, look at this screenshot



1. In Values setting, we have 2 options

6 Months
12 Months

2. In Joomla group ids setting, we have 2 value

11

With that setting:

If subscriber choose 6 Months option, he will be assigned to the Joomla group with ID = 10
If subscriber choose 12 months option, he will be assigned to Joomla group with ID = 11
