Free 30 day trial

Hi Tuan,
I have set up a free 30 day trial which peole can then pay per month (paypal) if they stay on after that. They put in a code after sharing/liking the facebook page. Code is 30FreeAldon. People are saying why do they have to give their paypal details if it is free? This happens in the sign up. I only have paypal as the payment method for the plans. Do I have to set up a separate free offer plan? :blink:

Hi John

Unfortunately, that's how PayPal work. You will have to sign up with them, provide them payment information even the first trial is free

In this case, I think you will have to create two plans
