Membership Pro - Group Membership Issue

Laura is having an issue with the group membership - see her note below.

I’m having an issue with Membership pro. It is only affecting one person. The others are working fine. Michele Hayes purchased a 5 person membership on June 27th. She paid offline with a credit card and I went in and made her active. I now have the other members to add from the backend. When I go to Group Members and click “New” then I select the plan “Agency/NGO… 5 people”, then when I select the Group, she is not listed as a choice. So I am not able to add the other group members.

Can you help her?

Please update to latest version and check it again first. If it still doesn't work after the update, please submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site
